Purpose-Built Shell Scheme Stands housed in a marquee

  • £415 + VAT per m² (Choose from a range of stand sizes, minimum size: 1.5m x 1m / depths of 1.5m available)

6ft Trestle Table (Supplied) housed in a marquee

  • £535 + VAT

Space Only (You Provide Your Own Gazebo)

  • £90 + VAT per m² for spaces under 9m²
  • £80 + VAT per m² for spaces 9m² and above (e.g., 3m x 3m or larger)

Venue

Waterperry Gardens, located in Oxfordshire, is an acclaimed 8-acre garden celebrated for its breathtaking landscapes, vibrant plant collections, and serene ambiance. Originally a horticultural school, it has evolved into a cultural hub, hosting diverse events and exhibitions.

Next year, the 6th edition of the Handmade Oxford Festival will return to its place on the lawns in front of the historic Waterperry House.

A non-refundable deposit is payable once you have been selected. With an option to pay the balance by instalments.

Demonstrate

Demonstrate at Handmade Oxford 2026
(Limited Opportunities + 10% Exhibitor Discount)

Enhance your presence as an exhibitor by taking part in live craft demonstrations at Handmade Oxford 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to share your skills, engage visitors, and gain additional visibility during the festival as these take place within your exhibiting space.

Selected demonstrators receive:

  • 10% reduction on exhibiting costs
  • Featured placement in our content calendar
  • Inclusion in the Festival Programme

Spaces are limited, and we’re seeking makers who represent a balanced mix of disciplines, skills, and materials. Early submissions are strongly encouraged.

To be considered, simply indicate your interest where prompted within your Exhibiting Application. Only successful exhibiting applicants will be invited to submit a short proposal for selection as a demonstrator.

Proposal details required from invited applicants:

Demo – Theme/Title:
E.g. Gemstone Cutting / Veneer Cutting

Description:
A brief overview of the skill or technique you will be demonstrating.

Images:
At least three landscape images:

  • One of yourself
  • One showing the skill or technique in progress
  • One of a completed piece

Run a Workshop

Run a Workshop at Handmade Oxford 2026
(Limited Opportunities)

Handmade Oxford invites makers and artists to submit proposals for hands-on craft workshops at the 6th edition of the festival, taking place at Waterperry Gardens from 12–14 June 2026. We’re looking for engaging, accessible sessions across a variety of skills and materials — including ceramics, jewellery, textiles, and more.

Key Information:

  • Workshop pricing is set by the maker/artist.

  • Handmade in Britain takes a percentage of workshop revenue.

  • All workshop spaces are provided free of charge by Handmade in Britain.

  • Workshop Hosts receive a dedicated account to showcase their workshops, while our team handles ticket sales and customer enquiries.
  • Opportunities are limited, so early proposals are strongly encouraged.

Application Details:

Workshop proposals should include:

  • A brief description of the workshop and expected outcome

  • Workshop duration and ticket cost

  • Any materials required

  • A short artist bio

Artisan Food - Apply

Trade with us at Handmade Oxford 2026.

Join us as an Artisan Food trader at our 6th edition of Handmade Oxford – The International Contemporary Crafts Festival | June 12th-14th 2026.

Amongst our 120+ Craft Exhibitors, our Artisan Food & Drink traders are a select group – with usually no more than 10 table traders within our food traders marquee, plus a similar number of traders who bring their own gazebo’s.
